SOUND HEALING

During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you’ll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations.

We begin with a brief 15-minute consultation to gain a better understanding of your needs and how the sound bath can be most supportive to you.

Then you will be guided through a series of gentle yoga postures that will prepare you for a 45 minute sound bath comfortably.

At specific intervals of your sound bath, you will be guided through breath awareness practices as well as meditation practices that correspond with the sound you will be hearing.

And finally, at the end of your session, you will be able to simply BE in silence before we close our session together with gentle movement to help ground the body and the mind after our energetic experience together.

After our Sound Healing together you could experience these effects! :

1. It’s super-relaxing
2. Clears energetic blockages
3. Release tension in the body
4. Stimulates the glandular and nervous system
5. It supports mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
